Bobby Rukavina is the Founder and CEO of The Rukavina Companies, a vertically integrated real estate firm based in the Denver Metro Area. With a vision to unify design, development, construction, and project delivery under one banner, Bobby leads both the residential and commercial arms of the business with hands-on expertise and a sharp eye for value creation. He believes that Colorado is a special place and should be protected by helping deliver responsible and creative real estate.

Prior to founding TRC, Bobby built a track record in both development and construction, from land acquisition and entitlement to raising capital and overseeing complex builds. He played a key role in launching a family-owned development firm, where he spearheaded the acquisition and planning of over 90 residential units across eight sites in the West Denver Metro. His responsibilities included end-to-end project management — sourcing deals, securing financing, working with stakeholders, and delivering market-ready properties.

Earlier in his career, Bobby served as a Development & Acquisitions Associate at a Boston-based development firm, contributing to large-scale projects in the multifamily, office, and life sciences sectors.

With a deep understanding of every phase of the real estate lifecycle, Bobby brings a rare combination of strategic oversight and on-the-ground execution to every project under the TRC umbrella.

When he's not leading development efforts, Bobby enjoys working on his own home alongside his wife, Fabbiana, and their daughter, Toni-Marie. They spend much of their time exploring Colorado’s outdoors and staying connected with their extended family. The Rukavina home also includes two golden retrievers — one a rescue and one raised from a pup — who are full-fledged members of the crew. Originally from Minnesota, Bobby brings a grounded, hands-on approach and a deep appreciation for community to both his personal life and professional work.
